Awards a plenty
I am very happy to announce that MVP Video Production keeps racking up awards. MVP was awarded 6 Statuettes at the Iowa Motion Picture Awards on Saturday Night, and 3 more Aegis Awards arrived today. I provided voice work for two of the award winning projects. I was the voice of Zest Body Wash as Patrick Warburton and Old Spice Body Wash as Don Knotts (as Barney Fife) for a Proctor and Gamble internal training video. As well as being the voice over straight read for Pancheros Mexican Grill “I Spy” TV advertisement.
New video game project for Budcat
Recording has begun for yet another video game that I will be providing voice talent for. This is another project for my friends at Budcat Creations. Given the Confidentiality rules, I can’t say much more at this time, but look for details soon!
MVP gets 6 Nominations from IMPA!
MVP Video Production received 6 Nominations from the Iowa Motion Picture Association. Two of which, I was directly involved in. I was the voice of both Proctor and Gamble’s “Zest” and “Old Spice” body wash bottles for an internal corporate video, as well as the voice over for the Panchero’s Mexican Grill Ad “I Spy”.
I have to hand out a big “Attaboy!” to Jeff and Kirk at MVP Video Production.

The accompanying animated cell is a promo pic from “Barack Obama: Superstar” produced by MuPoToon, a division of CFC Consulting, and being promoted for distribution by Ostrow and Company. I provided the voice of Barack Obama for this project.

Panchero’s “Bob My Burrito” for the Perfect Voiceover
Depending on where you live in the U.S. you just may see and hear a round faced, slightly balding, voice actor promoting the most delicious Burritos to be found anywhere. That’s right, yours truly plays the interviewer that is interviewing “Bob” the special Burrito mixing tool used at Panchero’s Mexican Grill. I also provided the voice talent for all 3 of the new commercials for Panchero’s Mexican Grill that were produced by the Henry Russell Bruce Advertising Agency and filmed by MVP Video Production.
These ads are currently airing in the Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, and Waterloo, Iowa markets as well as Lansing, Michigan. These ads will hopefully air in all 17 states and 55 city markets that are home to a Panchero’s Mexican Grill. To see the ads now you can go to Panchero’s and click on the media tab.
